Here’s the story of this mystery detox idli.
Food, travel and lifestyle bloggers on Instagram, @eatographers, posted a video of them buying black coloured idlis from a local stall in Nagpur. In the video, you can clearly see the cook pouring hot, black idli batter on a steaming plate. He then serves the cooked idli with local chutney, ghee and idli podi. The caption of this video said that this particular idli isn’t suitable for pregnant people.
