Legalities and Affordability
As a low-powered electric vehicle with a maximum speed of under 25 kmph, Antony’s creation does not require registration plates according to Indian regulations. However, he ensures he holds a valid driving license to operate the vehicle. Remarkably, Antony invested around 4.5 lakh rupees in this project, achieving an affordable and sustainable commuting option that costs only Rs 5 to travel a remarkable 60 km.
