Every shot triggers the brain into making your tummy rumble. So, we caught up with Nabeel Shah, one of the admins of Thrissur Foodies, to share some of his recommended food joints in Thrissur.
Bharath Hotel
Located near Kuruppam road, this hostel has made quite the name for its vegetarian cuisine. A crispy masala dosa with their piping hot tea or coffee will give you the much-needed energy to kickstart your mornings right.
Nahdi
This place apparently serves the best Kuzhi Mandhi in Thrissur. Nahdi is located on Masjid road, kokkalai, near KSRTC bus stand. Their chicken Kuzhi Mandhi (Half) is priced at ₹300, and you can get unlimited mandhi.

PJ Fruits
Craving a creamy milk or fruit shake at an affordable price? Head over to PJ Fruits in East Fort Thrissur. Nabeel recommends their Chicku Shake and Oreo Shake. Rest assured, your money is going to a store with a big heart aimed to fill your shake craving tummy.
Ming Palace
Back in the day, this used to be the go-to Indian-Chinese joint in Thrissur. In fact, they are the first ones to introduce Chinese flavours in town. Moreover, people who’ve tried the dishes on the menu almost always rave about the quantity they serve. Mind you, you will not be able to finish a plate all by yourself.
